ORANGE VALENCIA
The American Valencia is a variety of orange that yields a lot of juice and has few seeds. It has no restrictions regarding the rootstock used, and its plant typically produces fruits abundantly.
FROZEN CONCENTRATED ORANGE JUICE (FCOJ)
FCOJ, or Frozen Concentrated Orange Juice, is obtained from unfermented juice, extracted and concentrated through mechanical processes, from mature and healthy fruits of the Citrus genus, Citrus sinensis species. Varieties include Valencia, Pera, and Folha Murcha, treated exclusively by physical means.
